Jerusalem will be a praise in the earth [WMSCOG. God the Mother]

Jerusalem will be a praise in the earth

The prophet Isaiah prophesied about Jerusalem, God the Mother who would be the praise and glory of the earth as follows.

Isa 62:6-7 "I have posted watchmen on your walls, O Jerusalem; they will never be silent day or night. You who call on the LORD, give yourselves no rest, and give him no rest till he establishes Jerusalem and makes her the praise of the earth."

Isa 66:10-14 "Rejoice with Jerusalem and be glad for her, all you who love her; ... For you will nurse and be satisfied at her comforting breasts; you will drink deeply and delight in her overflowing abundance." For this is what the LORD says: "I will extend peace to her like a river, and the wealth of nations like a flooding stream; you will nurse and be carried on her arm and dandled on her knees. As a mother comforts her child, so will I comfort you; and you will be comforted over Jerusalem." When you see this, your heart will rejoice and you will flourish like grass; ..."

The prophecy about Jerusalem is mentioned many times in the book of Isaiah. The Bible says that it is God's will for Jerusalem to be praised by all the nations of the world and that we, all the children of God, will be comforted and glad in Jerusalem.

Who is Jerusalem that she will be praised and honored by all the nations of the world?
As it is generally known, Jerusalem is a specific place located in the Middle East. How can a mere city called Jerusalem be established by God Himself and praised and honored by all the nations of the earth? How can we be carried and comforted in the arms of Jerusalem if it indicates a physical place?

Taking the prophecies literally will only increase doubts. As the Bible says, "... expressing spiritual truths in spiritual words" (1 Cor 2:13), we need to find out what the spiritual Jerusalem, not the earthly one, means in the Bible.
